Mizuno Neo Vista 3 Men's

GURU TIP: Bouncy Supertrainer with a Wave Plate underfoot!

TECH TIP: Meet the Mizuno Neo Vista 3, Mizuno's signature bouncy Supertrainer. The midsole pairs Nitrogen Infused MIZUNO ENERZY NXT cushioning with a full-length Mizuno Wave Plate for energy return, stability and a smooth directional bounce. The Wave Plate disperses impact energy to a broader area, which gives you a stable platform. Smooth Speed Assist geometry adds a significant heel bevel for an efficient midfoot landing, a midfoot contact point that supports the calf, and an aggressive forefoot rocker for a smooth, propulsive transition. Deeper sole grooves and a precision-crafted impact zone add efficiency and grip.

BUY THIS SHOE IF... you want a bouncy road trainer with a stable platform and a smooth transition.

DON'T BUY THIS SHOE IF: you're running trails, since this is built as a road running shoe.
