No. Our gift cards never expire.
Where can I use a gift card?
Online at therunningwellstore.com and in all three Kansas City stores: Mission, Barry Road and Lee's Summit.
How fast does the eGift card arrive?
It is emailed automatically within 5 to 10 minutes of purchase, so it works even on Christmas Eve.
How do I give it to someone?
The eGift card is emailed to the address you use at checkout. Forward the email to the recipient or print it and put it in a card.
What if I don't know their shoe size?
That's what the gift card is for. They can visit any of our stores for a free fitting with a Fit Guru and pick the shoes that fit them best. No appointment needed.
Can I get an amount that isn't listed, or a physical card?
Yes. Call us at 913.400.2013 and we can sell you a card for any amount. Physical gift cards are also available at all of our stores.
