How pickup works
To ensure a fast and smooth pickup, please bring a valid photo ID and your digital or printed registration confirmation email (including your QR code or confirmation number if provided by the race organizer). Packet pickup dates and times vary depending on the specific race schedule, typically running during regular store hours in the days leading up to the event. Exact dates, times, and designated pickup locations are posted on our website, social channels, and the race's official website. Yes, a friend, family member, or teammate can pick up your race packet on your behalf. They should bring a copy of your registration confirmation (digital or printed) and a picture or photocopy of your photo ID to ensure a seamless handover.
Where and when
The store has three locations. Packet pickup locations vary by race and are hosted across our three convenient Kansas City area stores: our Mission location (6009 Johnson Drive), our Barry Road location (6040 NW Barry Road), and our Lee’s Summit location (330 SW Blue Pkwy). Check your specific event details to see which store is hosting. Barry Road is at 6040 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO 64154, and the phone is (816) 741-8800. Lee's Summit is at 330 SW Blue Pkwy, Lee's Summit, MO 64063, and the phone is (816) 600-2688. Mission is at 6009 Johnson Drive Unit B, Mission, KS 66202, and the phone is (913) 400-2013. Store hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, weekday closing moves to 8pm. Standard packet pickups take place during normal store hours (Monday–Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM, with extended weekday hours until 8 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day). If a race requires special early morning or extended hours, those specific times will be clearly outlined in your race guide.
