TECH TIP : Designed to help athletes consume carbohydrate liquid fuel during high-intensity training and racing, Drink Mix 320 contains 80 grams of carbohydrates when dissolved in 500ml of water.  The Drink Mix becomes a hydrogel upon contact with stomach acid, encapsulating the carbohydrates and helping to reduce the sensation of liquid sloshing in the stomach when consuming fuel during exercise.
