The Altra Superior 7 Women's is a low stack trail running shoe with a minimalist feel and zero drop. Our Guru tip: it's built for maximum ground feel.

What's new in version 7: a new tongue construction (semi-gusseted) and ghillie lacing for a more comfortable fit at step-in, plus a softer midsole. It is also lighter than the Superior 6.

Where it fits best: smoother trail, gravel and crushed limestone paths like the Katy Trail, rather than rocky, technical routes.
