TECH TIP: Saucony has produced it’s best racing shoe to date and arguably the best racer on the market. The Endorphin Elite has a 39.5mm stack height and weighs 7.2 oz for a lightweight ride. The midsole is comprised entirely of PWRRUN HG, which offers a higher energy rebound than even the Endorphin Pro 3. The SPEEDROLL technology on this shoe also makes it much more aggressive, on-your-toes experience. One piece that separates itself from other plated shoes is the slotted carbon plate, which allows for more flexibility on toe-release. The upper is also uniquely lightweight. The heel counter is minimal due to the fact that you’ll be rolling up on your toes most of the time. This is a great shoe from 5K up to the Marathon.
