Hi, I’m Sharon Fleming, MSPT, UESCA-certified run coach, and owner of Endurance Running! With over 20 years as a physical therapist and a lifetime passion for running, I specialize in helping new runners find their stride. As a certified gait analyst and running specialist, I’m here to guide you every step of the way—from lacing up your first pair of running shoes to crossing the finish line of your first 5k.
Whether you're starting from scratch or returning after time off, the Newbie Run Club is designed to build your confidence, strength, and love for running in a supportive, fun, and welcoming environment.
