Foam Rollers are awesome to use when muscles are overworked, the soft tissue known as the fascia becomes inflamed and tight, so by rolling you can break up that soft tissue and help put your muscles back to their normal state. Foam rolling is also good for improving posture and releasing tense muscles.

Use: Roll over a painful area using your body weight (or roll up against a wall standing up) and hold for up to two minutes to release pressure. Great for use on back, hammies, IT band, and calves. Each roller is 36′ so you can conveniently roll over large areas of your body.
