Come join The Running Well Store and Mizuno Running for a free group run! The group run is for all ages, paces and abilities.  It does not matter if you walk, run or jog this 3-4 mile route.  Mizuno will be on hand so that you can try out a pair of their shoes for the event and see if you like them for your next pair of running shoes!
