Have you heard about the Inspire KC Challenge?!?!  This is a month long event sponsored by Mizuno that challenges you to walk or run 1 mile outside every single day in January!  Do not worry, you will not be alone as there are many events throughout the month to help support you on journey. You do not need to be a part of the Inspire KC Challenge to join us at the Mizuno Group Run at Barry Road.  This will be a group run for all who want to walk, run or just get outside and be active.  It is not mandatory, just a nice perk, but Mizuno will be on hand with demo shoes and there are free tasty beverages after you run. The Barry Road Group Run is our third stop on the Inspire KC Challenge!  There will be seven events throughout the month of January to help support you on your mile a day challenge. If you go to all events you will earn a prize and if you attend four of the events you will enter to win a free pair of Mizuno shoes.
