Have you heard about the Inspire KC Challenge?!?!  This is a month long event sponsored by Mizuno that challenges you to walk or run 1 mile outside every single day in January!  Do not worry, you will not be alone as there are many events throughout the month to help support you on journey. You do not need to be a part of the Inspire KC Challenge to join us at the Run 816 Group Run.  It is hosted at 10 Westport Road, KCMO 64111, Mizuno will be on hand with demo shoes and there are free tasty beverages after you run. The Run 816 Run is also our first morning stop on the Inspire KC Challenge!  There will be seven events throughout the month of January to help support you on your mile a day challenge.
