Terms & Conditions: Free Mizuno for a Year Giveaway

Promotion Period:
This promotion runs from November 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026.

Eligibility:

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older.

  • Employees of The Running Well Store, Mizuno, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

  • One (1) entry will be given for every pair of shoes purchased in-store during the promotion period.

  • Five (5) entries will be given for every pair of Mizuno shoes purchased in-store during the promotion period.

  • Entries are based on net sales only. Returned, exchanged, or refunded purchases will not count toward entry.

  • Limitless entries allowed during the promotional period.

  • Entries will be automatically captured through customer purchase history.

  • An active email address must be provided at the time of purchase to qualify for entry. Purchases without an associated customer email will not be eligible for the drawing.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Entries must be received by January 31, 2026.

Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive four (4) pairs of Mizuno shoes, to be redeemed throughout 2026 (approximately one per quarter).

  • Shoe models and sizes are subject to availability.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • After the promotion ends, The Running Well Store will run a report capturing all qualifying entries.

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • A valid email address is required to claim the prize. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 business days of the drawing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Additional Terms:

  • The Running Well Store reserves the right to verify eligibility and to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow The Running Well Store to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

  • The Running Well Store and Mizuno are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  • This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
