What’s New with the Brooks Glycerin GTS 23?

We'll break it down for you with our Brooks Glycerin 23 Review! The Brooks Glycerin GTS 23 continues to offer support while lowering the stack height 2 mm lower for a more natural feel.  The GuideRails feel less intrusive yet keep your feet where they belong. An added 2mm more nitrogen-infused DNA TUNED cushioning in the forefoot cushions your stride.  All the while being wrapped in a new engineered knit that provides breathability, softness and all-around comfort.

Who’s the Brooks Glycerin GTS 23 For?

  • A light stability shoe.

  • Has guiderails, but not so firm that a neutral runner who wants some support won’t enjoy the ride.

  • Runs well on sidewalk, road, and grass.

  • Support without being too firm.

  • Spongy foam feel especially in arch and forefoot

  • A good everyday running shoe

  • Also a reliable everyday shoe for walking or work

Who Might Not Love the Brooks Glycerin GTS 23?

  • A runner who wants a light weight shoe.  The Glycerin GTS 23 is comfy but not especially lightweight it comes in at 9.8oz where the Glycerin 23 and Adrenaline GTS 25 come in at 9.5oz

  • Someone who needs more support might prefer the Hoka Arahi or Nike Structure

Why You Need the Brooks Glycerin GTS 23

  • Supportive and comfy.  Feet feel good during run and after.

  • A blend of the support of a Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 and New Balance 1080 v14. Hugs in all the right places.
