The Running Well Store has put together a training plan for you that will build you up to either the Hospital Hill 10k or the Hospital Hill Half Marathon. The training plan is completely free!
Every week the group will be increasing miles according to the training plan. Come join your running friends as you embark on either your 10k or 13.1 mile journey. We are here for you! You do not need to be a part of the Hospital Hill Training Team in order to take advantage of our group runs.
As if running with The Running Well Store didn't make you feel VIP enough, Hospital Hill will be giving our runners a 15% discount (good until 4/15) on their entry and a special area to gather before and after the run. We will be able to hold your bags, will have beverages available at the post area and will have trigger point devices ready for your return!
Kick Off Party!
We are going to have a Hospital Hill launch party...cause ain't no party like a Run Well Party! If you are already registered to run a Hospital Hill event - no worries you can still train with us! The kick off party will have donuts, we will raffle off a free entry into the Hospital Hill Event, will provide the training plans and will include our first group training run.

Already registered for Hospital Hill? Not sure you want to register today? The training group is available to anyone. If you decide to join the official TRWS Team, feel free to use the discounted registration link until 4/15/19.

The Running Well Store's Northland and Lee's Summit locations are hosting weekly group runs gearing you up for the Hospital Hill Half Marathon and 10k. These training plan and the group runs are totally free AND you get a discounted rate to enter the Hospital Hill Event. There are two kickoff parties (one at Barry in the Northland and one in Lee's Summit).
During the 9-week training period there will be two weekly group runs per location
NORTHLAND: Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 7am.
LEE’S SUMMIT: Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Sunday mornings at 7am
We hope you join us in your training for this fun, Kansas City, event. You do NOT need to be in the Hospital Hill training group to join our weekly group runs.
