The Brooks Glycerin 19 continues to be a neutral daily trainer. The Glycerin 19 is still a reliable road runner that has added a touch more breathable upper and plusher mid-sole this time. Sporting the new mesh upper, ventilation is even more breathable which provides for a cool, sweat-free in-shoe experience. Coupled with a slightly redesigned midsole, the runner or walker can experience a softer, more comfortable underfoot sensation. 

Word of caution; please do not confuse the Glycerin 19 neutral shoe with that of the Glycerin GTS, which is considered a Stability shoe similar to that of the well known Adrenaline GTS, but with slightly more cushioning.
