The Men’s Wire is truly a shoe for running events only.  It is not intended for field events. The Wire 7 has a full length PeBax plate, similar to a carbon fiber plate, to return more energy back to the runner.  Events include:   
  ●400m ●800m ●1600m ●3200m ●4x800m Relay Race  

 These spikes run in unisex sizing so ladies you will size up 1.5 sizes.  For example, a men’s 6 is a women’s 7.5.
