Denial of Access

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement that is effective unless and until terminated by KRG Enterprises. If in KRG Enterprises sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement, KRG Enterprises may deny you access to the Site. In the event of denial of access by KRG Enterprises LLC, you are no longer authorized to access the Site, and the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material copied or downloaded, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Use, shall continue in force. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and KRG Enterprises LLC relating to the subject matter addressed herein.

Applicable Law

The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms of Use and any transaction (including purchases made on this Site) using or related to the Site, shall be the laws of the State of Missouri, USA without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Missouri. All proceedings relating to the Site, these Terms of Use, or any transaction, including the sale of any products, using this Site, shall be brought only in the state or federal courts of Platte County, Kansas City, Missouri, USA, and you and KRG Enterprises do hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

RETURN POLICY:

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Any items brought back within 30 days from purchase can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shoes returned within 15 days unworn and in the original packaging may be exchanged or are eligible for a full refund. All sales on clearance items are final. Refunds will be provided in the same tender of the purchase. There is a 5 day hold on checks to clear and refunds will be provided as cash.

REWARDS PROGRAM:

The rewards program is applicable for in-store purchases only. After $300 of full priced items the consumer will receive a $25 credit good for 90 days. The $25 credit is available the next business day after the reward was earned. Rewards have no cash value.
