Now in its 25^th year as one of the largest and longest running groups in the country, The Runner’s Edge has evolved into a highly effective and enjoyable way to boost your physical, mental, and social health!  Beginners and veterans alike will benefit from the experience of Coach Valdez, the mutual support of fellow runners of all ages and abilities, the convenience of marked scenic routes throughout the city with aid stations, and training schedules to help you achieve your running goals! While Runner's Edge is usually paid group, this one-time event will be free so you can enjoy the benefits of a Runner's Edge group run and no cost!  Group leaves the Mission store at 6:30am and there will be aid stations every two miles so you can stay hydrated for those longer runs.
