When we hosted the City Gym's Fit Truk at our Mission, KS location we ran out of spots! DO NOT MISS this incredibly fun event taking place at The Running Well Store on Barry Road.

The Fit Truk is a gym without walls.  This fully equipped, mobile gym delivers cutting edge group strength training workouts outdoors, anywhere, anytime. Every workout is designed around the foundations of human movement science and cardiovascular performance to produce maximum results in a safe and fun environment. Expert personal trainers will lead you though strength based workouts right in our Running Well Store Parking lot.
