Track Tuesday is a morning run club in Kansas City at our Mission location! We’ll be leaving from the Mission Store at 5:30 AM running a mile warmup to SMN Track doing a track workout and then running a mile cooldown back to the store. The best part… we’ll have FREE DONUTS AND COFFEE for everyone after 🤩

Rules of TRWS Group Runs in Kansas City

1. Everyone is welcome. Seriously, join us! 2. Run or walk at your own pace, and encourage others on their own journey. 3. Meet a new person after the run. 4. Wear a light for safety. 5. Follow the general safety guidelines of running (run against traffic, be visible, utilize sidewalks, etc) All abilities welcome, walkers and runners, dogs, and strollers!
