Rules of TRWS Group Runs in Kansas City

1. Everyone is welcome. Seriously, join us! 2. Run or walk at your own pace, and encourage others on their own journey. 3. Meet a new person after the run. 4. Wear a light for safety. 5. Follow the general safety guidelines of running (run against traffic, be visible, utilize sidewalks, etc) All abilities welcome, walkers and runners, dogs, and strollers!
